Mentorship Journey
GNOSIS is a 6 or 12 week 1:1 mentorship journey that supports you to uncover your own gnosis -
the inner knowing that lives within the core of your own heart.
Sitting in the unknown sounds a lot more exciting than it actually is.
There is a particular veil of glamour that shrouds the reality of what it really means to be with ‘not-knowing’; to stare into the abyss of who you are beyond everything you’ve ever known.
To feel the many layers of distraction, distortion, and/or dissociation that ensue when such a place of mystery is revealed.
When you begin to touch the delicate space in between who you have been and who you have yet to become.
It is one of immense electricity, one that feels like it could burn you in an instant.
And, it very well could, if you jump in too quickly.
It is a practice, a commitment, to cultivate the capacity to stay fully in your experience of the unknown.
To hold yourself here.
To stay centred in your body, in your heart, in your feeling, in your humanness.
To choose this, really choose it…not as an act of force, but as an act of love.
Because it is this choice of surrender, this choice of becoming more and more YOU, naked and real,
that is likely the transformation you are truly seeking.
And it is here, where your gnosis can reveal.

That is rooted in the infinite aliveness of who you really are.

This knowledge is not information accumulated by the mind.
It is the knowing that comes from knowing nothing.
It is the eruption of truth as it moves through the core of your heart.
It is a profound, radical acceptance of your true inner nature

This practice of embracing the mystery of every moment, as you encounter it within your present human experience.
Not as an idealogy, not as a story, not as an aspiration; but as an authentic meeting of what you’re experiencing, right here and now.

GNOSIS is a 1:1 guided journey over 6 or 12 weeks (your choice). We will meet for six zoom calls across this time period, and you will have ongoing support with me via Whatsapp or Telegram.
This is a space held for you, by me, and yet this is a practice for you to cultivate a quality of holding yourself in a way that is nurturing, compassionate, and empowering.
Sessions are not held with an agenda to get anywhere, rather they are a space for you to meet you where you’re at right now.

Whilst being of service & support is certainly not new to me, offering it in this particular format is. So my pricing will be kept low for this first wave of enrolment (3-5 spots available):

Hi, I’m Brighid.
I have spent much of my life on an existential enquiry of self & soul, studying and exploring my way through the realms of Steiner education, sacred sexuality & tantra, integrative transpersonal psychotherapy, ‘open heart’ practice, and devotional ritualistic bodywork - all in search of the ancient teachings of mystery and initiation that live longingly in my heart.
Since 2020 I have been deeply committed to a path of soul initiation, and for three years now this work of deep, embodied feeling through the heart has been my personal practice.
It has supported me through the deepest heartbreak, and helped me to find the centre of gravity that lives at my core in a way that I’ve never been able to find across my 10 years of ‘living consciously’.
I am ready to share this work with you.
My role throughout our time together is to support you in staying with the evolutionary edge of your capacity; to hold the creative tension for you and with you, as you meet and strengthen this capacity to hold and embody more of your true essence.
And it is an honour to dive into this space alongside those who are ready and willing to dive in with me.
